We want you to love your Sand Cloud gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unused items. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we've made the exchange and return process simple and sustainable.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different color or pattern, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
